Village Board meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30pm (unless otherwise specified on the Agenda).  Committee meeting times are variable and are stated in the Agenda.

Meetings are held in the Hewitt Administrative Building located at 11064 Main Street unless otherwise specified on the Agenda.

These pages contain only meeting minutes that have been approved by the Village Board or respective Committee (unless specifically designated as DRAFT minutes).  Therefore, the most recent minutes may not appear until officially approved at the next meeting.

Pursuant to Statute 19.84 of the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law, the Village of Hewitt complies with the requirement that meeting notices should be posted in three different locations readily available to the general public at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the meeting.  Notices are posted in the Village Hall Display Case, Village Administrative Building Display Case, and Draxler's Food Mart in addition to being posted on the Village website.
